Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery destination
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders where advertised.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Please note that customs inspections, weather conditions, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order will ship on or after the estimated release date shown on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together unless otherwise stated.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

To ensure products arrive safely:

• Booster packs, booster boxes, and collector items are carefully packaged.
• Figures and collectibles are protected with suitable packing materials.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections to manufacturer packaging may occur during transit and do not qualify as product defects.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Mintrealmtrading is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the package and the damaged item.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Include your order number and photos so we can assist you promptly.
